Natural configuration

In a natural environment, the configuration with two flows at opposite velocity doesn't exist. On the other hand, it may be possible that two different fluids with different velocity meet.
We have tried to simulate this configuration, but it's a very hard problem. We have simulate a two phases flow. The boundary conditions were :
