Conclusion

ICEM is the most powerful mesher available at ENSEEIHT to this day. Compared to its complexity and to the amount of possibilities the use of the program is relatively easy. It is quite useful to be able to do multiple meshes of a single geometry. As the meshing process itself is quick, it is also pssible to modify the geometry after having first results. The ability to navigate easily between the geometry and the meshing part is a strong point. The Edit mesh menu is an importatn tool to check the grid quality, and to imporve it if necessary.  The interfacing with computation programs (Fluent and Star-CD) is not always without problems. Yet there was always a way to make the mesh run under one or the other program. Besides time failed for real "debugging" of the interfacing to know critical steps to have a smooth passage between both programs.
