The comfort of the passengers is a very important commercial argument for car constructors. A lot of investments are done to date in order to improve this point, particularly with aerothermics.
That is the reason why we decided to simulate the aerothermic cabin flow in a car. As many teachers (for instance Mr. Dartus...) of our school use Renault Twingo, we took the decision to modelize the cabin of this car.
The present report describes the study we have performed, and details the following points :
modelization of the cabin and boundary conditions
Test cases for 2D and 3D meshes
Validation with a comparison of our simulations with measured temperatures
