After running Jadim, we obtain three different result files : res.tau, res.lc and uvw.res. To analyse them, they have to be copied in the MATLAB directory. In this directory, we could use the corresponding visualisation programs.
The first result file res.tau contains the value of the presence rate on each node of the mesh. The MATLAB program isotau.m permits us to visualise the three iso-rate of water presence corresponding to values 0.2, 0.5 and 0.8. The presence rate represents the probability of water presence on the node.
The second one res.lc permits to visualise the current lines of the flow. The uvw.res result file concerning the velocity vectors could be read by using the following MATLAB program: isovit.m .
We could see the mesh used by running the maill.m program.
