Domain of stability

The theory indicates us that if $\nu<(2 \pi)^2 \approx 39,5$, the soution $u(x,t)=0$ is stable for all pertubations. This behaviour is verified by the simulation. We test this behaviour by initialing the simulation with a kind of dirac. So all the modes are excited and it will be easy to verified if $u(x,t)=0$ effectively stable for all perturbations. The animation below shows the begin of the simulation for $\nu=39$.
