Sometimes TACITE does an automatic refinement of the mesh. The number of cells may also be different of user's specification. Read at the end of the SimName_#.REP file the number of effective cells.
The results files
Binary or ASCII files as specified in SimName.STO file.SimName_#.XV : Store only space dependent variable i.e. the topology and section area distributuion.
SimName_#.XN : organization and nomenclature of SimName_#.XV file.
SimName_#.TV : Store only the time dependent variables
SimName_#.TN : organization and nomenclature of SimName_#.TV file.
SimName_#.TXV : Store the space-time dependent variables
SimName_#.TXN : organization and nomenclature of SimName_#.TV file.These programs order the variables in columns. This type of file is viewable with a plotter like xmgr.
