This task is an overlook of different aspects of parallelism in fluid mecanics. The simulations are done on the SGI Origin 2000, in the CICT : a parallel computer.  The task consists in two jobs :
 

• establishing a speed-curve of the software, depending on different cases studied (2 and 3D)
• Programming a parallel routine supposed to find the minimal distance to a wall, considering each node one after another.
