To conclude, we can say that the results are good for the neutownian viscosity but we miss time and advices about starcd to improve our results for the non linear viscosity.
Nevertheless, we have discovered all by ourselves a little part of the starcd possibilities (user define function) and that allowed us to have a point of comparaison with fluent.
